Job summary

VITRUV MOTORS in India seeks an experienced mechanical engineer to own chassis design from concept through production. You will work hands-on with AutoCAD for 2D and 3D models, applying GD&T and ensuring engineering drawings meet standards.

In this on-site role, you will manage BOMs and design documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is early-stage, high-impact work on a novel product with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive experience with chassis systems, frame, suspension, mounting, and packaging.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drawings and 3D models.
• Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawing standards.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• Experience taking components from concept through prototype and production.
• Ability to manage BOMs, revisions, and complete design documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on-site in cross-functional teams.
