Job summary

Ancor Research Labs LLP is seeking an experienced Composite Fabrication Technician to join our UAV manufacturing team in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. You will fabricate high-quality composite structures for large fixed-wing UAVs, using carbon fibre, fibreglass, and advanced materials to meet aerospace standards.

• 2+ years of experience in composite manufacturing (aerospace, automotive, or marine preferred).
• Knowledge of carbon fibre, fibreglass, and advanced composite materials.
• Experience with autoclave operations and vacuum bagging techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness.

Responsibilities

• Operate autoclave, oven curing, and vacuum bagging systems.
• Trim, machine, and finish composite components to engineering specifications.
• Perform composite bonding and secondary bonding operations.
• Conduct dimensional inspections and quality checks on fabricated parts.
• Maintain detailed production records and work instructions compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering team on process improvements and troubleshooting.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Composite Fabrication Technicians to join our growing UAV manufacturing team. You will be responsible for fabricating high-quality composite structures for our Large fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles, working with advanced materials and processes to meet aerospace standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform composite lay-up operations using prep-reg materials, hand lay-up, and resin transfer moulding (RTM)
• Operate autoclave, oven curing, and vacuum bagging systems
• Trim, machine, and finish composite components to engineering specifications

Requirements
