This is a full-time, on-site Aircraft Design Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Aircraft Design Engineer will contribute to the design and development of aircraft structures and components using advanced composite materials, working closely with multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, and product engineering. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and reviewing detailed CAD models and drawings, performing design calculations, supporting structural and material selection, and ensuring designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with manufacturing and quality teams to translate designs into producible components, supporting prototyping, testing, and design validation. The Aircraft Design Engineer will also participate in design reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and efficiency.
