Job summary

Lexar in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Components Sales Manager to drive growth across distribution partners, system integrators, and government tenders. You will lead regional sales initiatives in the South India region, with a focus on flash/storage products and major component brands.

The role requires 5+ years in component/electronics sales, deep knowledge of India's IT distribution (T1–T4), and a strong network with local distributors and retailers. Local presence in India is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Component / Electronics sales.
• Must have brand background with Crucial, Samsung, SK Hynix, Micron, WD, etc.
• Strong understanding of India IT distribution (T1-T4).
• Based locally in India.

We are looking for Components Sales Managers to join our South India team. You will be responsible for driving Lexar's Component product sales through distribution channels, System integrator , laptop upgrade specialist , gaming and government tenders ,in your designated region, expperience in flash memory will be an additional skill that we can consider as well.

• Build and maintain relationships with key distributors, retailers, and channel partners
• Collaborate with RSM and FOS teams to drive regional growth

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in Component / Electronics sales
• Brand Background: Prior experience with major Component brands (Crucial, Samsung, Sk Hynix, Micron, WD, etc.) is a MUST
• Channel Knowledge: Strong understanding of India IT distribution (T1-T4)
• Location: Must be based locally in India

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with storage products (SSD, DRAM)
• Existing network with India IT channels
• Team management experience
• OEM / Brand agency experience
