Job summary

Lauren Group in Mumbai is seeking a finance professional to manage monthly accounting closures, ensure reconciliations and ledger accuracy, and support audits.

You will coordinate statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC), assist FP&A with MIS, budgeting and variance analysis, and prepare schedules for management review while coordinating with auditors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Accounting; CA Inter/CA/CMA qualification will be an added advantage.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting closure, compliance, audit coordination and/or FP&A.
• Hands on experience of SAP.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to meet monthly deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle monthly accounting closure, including reconciliations, provisions, accruals and review of ledger balances.
• Support statutory and regulatory compliance, including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other applicable compliances.
• Coordinate and provide required information/documentation for internal, statutory and tax audits.
• Assist in FP&A activities, including MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Prepare financial workings, schedules and supporting documents for management review.
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants and other stakeholders for timely completion of finance and compliance activities.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely submission of assigned reports and compliances.
