Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented finance professional with 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in accounting, statutory compliance, and reconciliations. The role requires strong working knowledge of books of accounts, PF & ESI Filling, GST/TDS compliance, and basic exposure to accounting software such as Tally or NetSuite. The ideal candidate is flexible, proactive, and capable of learning independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day books of accounts with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly and year‑end closing activities.

GST Compliance

• Prepare and coordinate with consultant for filing GST returns.
• Reconcile GST returns with books of accounts on a monthly basis.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with GST regulations.

TDS Compliance

• Compute, deposit, and file TDS returns.
• Reconcile TDS with books and vendor ledgers.
• Issue TDS certificates and handle related queries.

PF, ESI & Other Statutory Compliance

• Handle PF & ESI filings and monthly compliance.
• Manage Professional Tax (PT) and STPI related filings.
• Support in any additional statutory or regulatory compliance as required.

Systems & Software

• Work on accounting software such as Tally / NetSuite for entries and reporting.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
