Vahura is seeking a Principal Officer to lead compliance and governance for GIFT City, while also driving business growth and alliances. You will ensure adherence to IFSC regulations, reporting, and audit readiness, embedding a compliance-first culture across processes.

The role requires deep knowledge of SEBI AIF regulations, Companies Act, FEMA, and PMLA, with 7–10 years of experience including 2+ years in GIFT City.

Competenze

• CA / CS / LLB / MBA is required.
• 7–10 years of experience, including 2+ years in GIFT City.
