Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Compliance Officer to support SEBI AIF regulatory compliance, investor onboarding, fund administration coordination, and legal documentation.

The role interfaces with the Fund Administration team and external advisors to ensure smooth regulatory processes. The ideal candidate will have CA/CS/LLB qualifications, experience with SEBI AIF rules, and a track record in investor onboarding and documentation management.

Qualifications

• Must have CA/CS/LLB or combination thereof.
• Preference for candidates with NISM Series-III-C: Securities Intermediaries Compliance (Fund) Certification Examination.
• Strong understanding of SEBI AIF regulations and investor onboarding processes.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF regulations and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Manage investor onboarding including KYC, AML, FATCA, and related documentation.
• Coordinate investor communications, capital call notices, and periodic reporting.
• Work closely with the Fund Administration team on operational and compliance matters.
• Support preparation, review, and maintenance of legal and compliance documentation including contribution agreements, side letters, and vendor agreements.
• Maintain compliance records, trackers, and regulatory filings.
• Liaise with auditors, legal counsel, custodians, and other service providers as required.

The role will work closely with the Fund Administration team and external advisors to ensure smooth operational and regulatory processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF regulations and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Manage investor onboarding including KYC, AML, FATCA, and related documentation.
