Job summary

Prachay Group in Pune, India, seeks a seasoned legal and compliance lead to manage all aspects of the AIF business, ensure regulatory filings, and oversee investor onboarding. This role requires hands-on experience with SEBI, RBI regulations, Companies Act, and related frameworks, plus strong drafting, analytical, and coordination skills with trustees, auditors, law firms, and regulators.

• Hands-on experience in fund operations, investor onboarding, regulatory filings, and compliance management.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SEBI AIF Regulations, Companies Act, RBI regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all legal, compliance, and operational aspects of the AIF business.
• Draft and review loan, debenture, security documents, and other transaction-related agreements.
• Manage end-to-end fund documentation, investor onboarding, scheme launches, and regulatory filings.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, Companies Act, and related regulations.
• Develop policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks for the fund.
• Coordinate with trustees, custodians, auditors, consultants, law firms, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement necessary compliance measures.
• Support governance, regulatory audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.
