Job summary

Philips Iberica SAU is seeking a Compliance Learning Operations Specialist to drive the creation and governance of learning content. You will apply instructional design practices and use Storyline 360, Easygenerator, and HTML to produce engaging training materials.

You will leverage AI tools for content creation and QA, manage course intake, translate coordination, and ensure alignment with regulatory and branding standards across projects.

Qualifications

• More than 5+ years of industry experience, preferably from Medtech.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and LMS administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports training content development using Storyline 360, Easygenerator, and HTML.
• Uses AI tools for content creation, translation, and QA; reviews AI output for quality.
• Performs quality assurance to ensure accuracy, branding, and document control.
• Supports virtual training setup, materials, and coordination.
• Manages course intake and development tasks across project lifecycle.
• Assists translation coordination activities.
• Maintains standards documentation including eLearning style guides.
• Collaborates with process and content owners to configure training requirements.
• Applies learning operations knowledge and follows established processes.

Your role:

• Supports the development of training content by applying standard instructional design practices and organizational guidelines to create effective learning materials using training authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Easygenerator, and HTML.
• Utilizes AI tools for learning content creation, translation and quality assurance. Reviews AI output to ensure all learning content meets internal standards for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Conducts quality assurance reviews of learning content to ensure accuracy, consistency, compliance with internal branding standards, and adherence to document control requirements.
• Supports virtual training initiatives by supporting session setup, materials preparation, and coordination activities.
• Supports compliance training programs and projects using project management software, ensuring all initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with learning objectives and goals
• Supports the course intake and development process by helping manage tasks across the project lifecycle.
• Assists with translation coordination activities.
• Supports the maintenance of standards documentation for learning content creation, including eLearning style guide and technical standards.
• Collaborates with Business Process Owners and Content Owners to accurately configure and assign training requirements, ensuring alignment with learning needs and regulatory standards.
• Applies foundational knowledge of learning operations, compliance requirements, and training tools to assigned tasks.
• Follows established processes and procedures to complete assigned tasks, escalating issues as needed and seeking guidance when required.
