Job summary

Modernizing Medicine is seeking an AI RCM Compliance Director to embed regulatory logic into the RCM AI Platform. You will act as the primary technical gatekeeper, turning billing regulations into programmatic requirements and building guardrails for auditable AI outputs.

You will lead governance across Legal, Compliance, and RCM Operations, continuously assessing regulatory risk and maintaining transparent controls for the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 10+ years in RCM, compliance, or billing.
• Hands-on experience in billing and RCM operations, not just certifications.
• Deep understanding of RCM workflows, payer rules, and compliance risk management.
• Experience implementing compliance programs in high-tech/AI environments.

Responsibilities

• AI Architecture Compliance: ensure AI Platform aligns with coding and billing regulations.
• Data governance: maintain patient privacy and billing data integrity in modeling.
• Governance: approve AI-generated outputs with defined guardrails for legal standards.
• Regulatory risk assessment: continuously monitor payer requirements and coding updates; identify risks.
• Cross-functional alignment: liaise between Legal, Compliance, and RCM Operations on AI risk tolerance.
• Audit & control maintenance: document controls and support internal audits.

This role shifts compliance "left" by converting reputed company billing regulations into programmatic architectural requirements. As the primary technical gatekeeper, you will engineer the guardrails and metadata frameworks necessary to ensure reputed company AI-generated outputs are accurate, auditable, and legally defensible.

What you\'ll bring

• Bachelors Degree in a reputed company field.Masters degree strongly preferred.10+ years in RCM, reputed company, compliance, or billing.

• Deep understanding of RCM workflows, payer rules, and compliance risk management.
