Job summary

reputed company in India seeks a driven Senior RCM Process Specialist to join our team. You will analyze end-to-end RCM workflows, from registration to denial management, and drive improvements.

Collaborate with product development, operations, and client teams to implement SOPs, train staff, and monitor KPIs. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in cycle management with CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in RCM Cycle Management with process analysis.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding and denial management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RCM processes across stages: registration, charge entry, claims, payment posting, denials, AR follow-up.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven improvements.
• Develop SOPs and best practices to optimize RCM performance.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and client teams on process changes.
• Design training programs on new RCM processes and features.
• Monitor KPIs and report on process effectiveness and optimization opportunities.

This individual will be a key contributor to optimizing reputed company cycle management (RCM) workflows and systems. The role involves analyzing reputed company processes, identifying areas for improvement, implementing solutions, and ensuring efficient and compliant reputed company capture for our reputed company clients.

Your Role:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing RCM processes across various stages, including reputed company registration, charge entry, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and accounts receivable follow-up.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and reputed company reputed company RCM workflows and propose data-driven solutions.
