Job summary

Experian is seeking a Compliance Monitoring/Audit professional to perform end-to-end assurance reviews within a regulated environment. You will assess risks, document findings, and develop remediation actions with business stakeholders, contributing to a strong compliance culture across the region.

Experience in Financial Services or heavily regulated industries is preferred. Excellent English communication and report-writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Around 3 years of experience in Compliance Monitoring, Testing, Assurance, or Internal Audit within a regulated environment.

Job Description

Role Summary

• Conduct end-to-end compliance assurance reviews, including planning, testing, fieldwork, and documentation in line with the annual assurance plan.
• Assess compliance risks and control effectiveness, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
• Prepare clear audit and assurance reports, highlighting findings, risks, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to develop remediation plans and track actions through to closure.
• Maintain accurate records, issue tracking, and governance reporting using assurance and risk management tools.
• Support a strong compliance culture by providing insights, sharing best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement across the region.

Qualifications & Skills

• Around 3 years of experience in Compliance Monitoring, Testing, Assurance, or Internal Audit within a regulated environment.
• Experience working in Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate controls, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
• Good understanding of Privacy, Data Protection, and Regulatory Compliance requirements.
• Excellent investigation, documentation, report-writing, and stakeholder management skills, with strong English communication.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIA, or CISA are preferred; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
