Responsibilities

• Organize meetings, workshops, and community dialogues.
• Provide accurate information and answer community questions.
• Identify community needs, challenges, and priorities.
• Collect information through surveys, interviews, and discussions.
• Report findings to project managers or partner organizations.
• Encourage people to attend meetings, training sessions, and events.
• Recruit volunteers and support the formation of community groups.
• Motivate community members to participate in project planning and implementation.
• Assist in implementing community development projects.
• Coordinate activities with local leaders, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure project activities are carried out according to plans.
• Monitor the progress of community activities.
