Job summary

Dr Reddys Foundation in India (Gujarat) seeks a skilled community outreach professional to develop and implement mobilization strategies, coordinate with local NGOs, and design training programs for marginalized communities.

You will manage placement services for students from partner institutions, monitor progress with KPIs, and report on program impact, requiring strong communication and project management abilities.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–7 years of experience in community outreach, livelihood promotion, or related fields such as social work or skill development.
• Strong understanding of local context and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record in managing projects from conceptualization to implementation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare reports on project progress.
