Job summary

Healix Scrubs in South Delhi is hiring a Community Executive to manage social conversations for the brand on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook during US peak hours. You will respond warmly, comment on posts, and help drive meaningful engagement.

The role requires 1–2 years in community management or ecommerce support, excellent English, and a fixed US-hours night shift. Knowledge of healthcare communities is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in community management, social engagement, or ecommerce support.
• Excellent written English, warm and human tone.
• Committed to a fixed night shift aligned to US hours.
• Judgment on when to be funny, when to be helpful, and when to escalate.
• Familiarity with TikTok/Instagram culture; healthcare community familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own comments across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook during US peak hours — reply, like, pin, and keep the tone warm and on-brand
• Do outbound engagement: comment as the brand on creator posts, nursing content, and trending conversations where we belong
• Triage DMs — route order/support issues into our helpdesk (Gorgias) for the CX team, handle the community ones yourself
• Respond to reviews and tags; surface great UGC to the social manager for reposting
• Flag sentiment shifts, recurring complaints, and viral moments in a daily end-of-shift note
• Support live moments: drops, promos, giveaways

Location: South Delhi | Type: Full-time, US-hours shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST) | CTC: ₹3.5–5 LPA + night-shift allowance

About Healix Scrubs

Healix Scrubs (healixscrubs.com) is a premium medical apparel brand built for nurses, doctors, and healthcare professionals. We design performance scrubs on our proprietary Aeroluxe™ fabric and sell them direct-to-consumer in the US, UK, Canada, and the GCC through Shopify Plus and TikTok Shop, fulfilled from our California warehouse.

The brand is operated by AA Brands Inc. (US) with our team based in South Delhi. One year in and scaling fast, we're now hiring our first full team. Everyone who joins owns their function end to end.

What You'll Do
