Job summary
Healix Scrubs in South Delhi is seeking a Video Editor / Content Creator to join our first full team. You will produce 1–2 short-form videos daily for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and craft ad variations for Meta and TikTok.
You'll design static visuals for feed and ads, repurpose creator content, and maintain an organized asset library. Fluency in CapCut and Premiere Pro is essential, After Effects a plus, with a US-audience focus.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years editing short-form content for brands or creators — portfolio required.
- Fast and fluent in CapCut and Premiere Pro; After Effects a plus.
- Understands D2C ad creative: hooks in the first second, captions, pacing for retention.
- English proficiency for captions/text overlays aimed at US audiences.
- High output without hand-holding — briefs provided, not babysitting.

Healix Scrubs (healixscrubs.com) is a premium medical apparel brand built for nurses, doctors, and healthcare professionals. We design performance scrubs on our proprietary Aeroluxe™ fabric and sell them direct-to-consumer in the US, UK, Canada, and the GCC through Shopify Plus and TikTok Shop, fulfilled from our California warehouse.
The brand is operated by AA Brands Inc. (US) with our team based in South Delhi. One year in and scaling fast, we're now hiring our first full team. Everyone who joins owns their function end to end.
- Produce 1–2 short-form videos daily for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts from UGC, creator footage, and product shoots
- Cut ad-creative variations for Meta and TikTok ads: new hooks, captions, formats on winning concepts
- Design statics and carousels (Canva/Figma) for feed and ads
- Adapt trends fast — same-day turnaround when a sound or format is moving
- Repurpose creator/UGC content across platforms and aspect ratios
- Maintain an organized asset library and versioning system
- 1–3 years editing short-form content for brands or creators — portfolio required, this is 90% of the evaluation
- Fast and fluent in CapCut and Premiere Pro; After Effects a plus
- Understands D2C ad creative: hooks in the first second, captions, pacing for retention
- English proficiency for captions/text overlays aimed at US audiences
- High output without hand-holding — you'll get briefs, not babysitting
- You shoot as well as edit
- Experience with performance creative testing (iterating on winners)
- Super bonus: daily hands-on use of Claude or similar AI tools — we work AI-first, and every role here builds with AI, not around it
