We have 3 platforms. Each is in the launch/scaling phase:
- RareCV.com / zeroinontalent.com: A unique hiring simulation and precision-hiring platform.
- QrisQros.com: A funding-readiness platform helping entrepreneurs prepare for investment and scale.
- Eyescount.com: Social platform using Visual AI to improve communities (version of our private community platform Letusync.com).

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team and lead the development of our communities.
You will be responsible for launching, growing, and nurturing digital communities using our in-house suite of tools—from our core community engine, Letusync, to our marketing automation powerhouse, Marquehub, newsletter, and page builder/knowledge hub.
Key Responsibilities
1. Community Architecture & Growth
- Plan and launch vibrant digital communities.
- Engagement Strategy: Develop and execute engagement playbooks to foster high-quality discussions, networking, and knowledge sharing.
- Acquisition: Plan and implement member acquisition through content-driven processes and multi-channel reach.
- Track Community Health: Monitor active users, retention, sentiment, and health using our survey instruments and page builders.
2. Content Strategy, AI-Driven Creation & Omnichannel Distribution
- Content Creation & AI Workflows: Draft, curate, and publish high-impact articles, resources, and campaigns using AI tools to scale quality output. Use Searchable.com to support content identification and creation.
- 3rd-Party Social Media Distribution: Execute content distribution across external platforms—Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and relevant forums to drive awareness and funnel traffic into our ecosystem.
- Owned Media & Curation: Organize and publish content on our website blog pages and newsletters, ensuring all community knowledge is indexed, discoverable, and valuable.
- Newsletters: Manage end-to-end newsletter production using our integrated tools to keep members informed and active.
3. Physical Events & Offline Engagement
- Campus & Seminar Activation: Plan and execute physical events, seminars, and workshops in colleges and ecosystem hubs to test offline engagement strategies.
- Event Impact Assessment: Measure how physical events and face-to-face interactions impact digital community activation and retention.
4. Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Management
- Automation: Utilize MarqueHub (our HubSpot-equivalent) to build automated email workflows, segment community members, and manage the lead-to-member lifecycle using our internal databases.
- Funnel Optimization: Create landing pages using our proprietary page builder to drive community sign-ups, lead capture, and event registrations.
- Surveys & Feedback: Deploy our internal survey tools to gather member insights, NPS, and product feedback to iterate on the community experience.
5. Analytics, Reporting & Product Feedback
- Outcome Measurement: Track and measure the direct impact of content and distribution channels on user acquisition and community outcomes.
- Internal Power User: Provide feedback to the product team on tool performance, serving as the "Internal Power User" to help refine our software roadmap.
Strategy & Proof of Concept (The Indore Launchpad)
- Local Testbed: Use Indore as our ground-zero proving ground to test, iterate, and validate all content, event, and community-building playbooks.
- National Scaling: Once tested and proven in Indore, scale these community models and growth frameworks across India.
Technical Stack (The Tools You Have to Succeed)
- Letusync.com: Our mobile app-based private community creation and management platform (applied to Eyescount.com).
- MarqueHub: Our all-in-one marketing automation platform.
- Our CRM platform: For lifecycle tracking and member databases.
- Searchable.com (Google): Engine for content identification and creation.
- In-house Page Builder & Survey Tools: For web presence, landing pages, and data collection.

Experience Requirements
- 3+ years in Community Management, Content Marketing, or Digital Growth.
- Proven experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Strong portfolio of written content, social media execution, or successfully managed digital groups.
- Experience in coordinating physical events, college activations, or seminars is a plus.
- Experience in the B2B SaaS or Urban Governance/Tech sectors is a significant plus.
