Job summary

The QODE is seeking a Communications Manager based in Mumbai or Delhi to lead PR and communications for high-end luxury brands. You will manage day-to-day client accounts, develop PR plans, identify media opportunities and coordinate press engagements and events.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of relevant PR experience in India, a luxury brand background, strong media and influencer networks, excellent written and verbal skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant PR and communications experience in India.
• Luxury brand experience is a must, preferably within luxury watches and jewellery.
• Experience in PR agency and corporate communications is an advantage.
• Strong media relationships across relevant luxury, lifestyle, business and watch media.
• Strong KOL and influencer network within the luxury and lifestyle space.
• Strong understanding of the Indian luxury communications and media landscape.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client accounts and ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.
• Develop and execute PR plans, campaigns and communication initiatives.
• Identify relevant media opportunities and develop compelling storytelling angles.
• Coordinate press engagements, events, activations and other brand moments.
• Oversee press materials, coverage reports and campaign deliverables.
• Provide clients with relevant market and media insights.
• Support crisis communications and issues management when required.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
• Support new business pitches and contribute to agency growth.
