Job summary

Mantras2Success is seeking a communications & outreach professional to manage the organization's website with timely updates and to oversee content across social media platforms. The role includes writing and editing news pieces, uploading podcast content, maintaining design language, and ensuring quality across channels.

You will generate monthly newsletters, support centers with outreach materials, and collaborate with partners to ensure PR activities align with branding.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage the Org's Website with timely updates

a. Writing and editing news pieces

b. Support centers for addition and updating on their page

c. Maintaining design language on organization's website and ensuring quality.

d. Uploading in Podcast libraries

• Administer various social media platforms

a. Posts on all platforms

b. Daily track of the posts from center’s at the social media platforms

c. Strategize on audiences for different centers and building promotional campaigns.

d. Helping centers curate content for their target groups.

e. Analytics for Website and Social Media platforms (Social media audit reports)

• Improving SEO (Search Engine Optimization) of company's website.
• Design & administer communication strategies for various centers
• Active support to Centers for all kind of Communication & outreach work
• Generate monthly Newsletter (Write, edit, and design)
• Administer the collateral designs to ensure quality standards
• Ensuring that the PR activities tie-in with organization's branding
• Content Development for Centers’ platforms and bring Creativity to the outreach activities for Centers
• Working with partners’ communications team on joint campaigns

Responsible for the organized repository of the outreach content and images.
