In this role, you will partner with freshers and recruiters to enhance their communication proficiency, professional presence, and candidate engagement capabilities. You will deliver targeted training and coaching to strengthen spoken English, listening skills, confidence, and professional communication standards.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

• Design and deliver comprehensive communication, spoken English, and soft-skills training programs
• Develop engaging training content, assessments, role-play scenarios, and recruitment-focused communication exercises
• Facilitate mock recruiter-candidate calls, simulations, and practical communication scenarios

Coaching & Performance Management

• Provide personalized coaching on spoken English, pronunciation, listening comprehension, and confidence-building
• Conduct behavioral observations and deliver constructive, actionable feedback to improve professional communication
• Design and implement refresher and remedial training based on performance data and organizational needs

Program Support & Evaluation

• Monitor learner participation, progress, and training outcomes; maintain comprehensive records
• Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance metrics
• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to identify communication challenges and develop targeted interventions
• Continuously recommend program improvements based on data and stakeholder input
