Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; English or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Communication/Spoken English Trainer.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Proven experience in MTI correction and pronunciation training.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience training students for employability, interviews, or corporate communication is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging spoken English and communication skills training sessions.
• Identify and address students' Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) through targeted coaching.
• Train students in pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, fluency, voice modulation, and articulation.
• Develop students' presentation, public speaking, interview, and workplace communication skills.
• Assess learners' communication levels and provide constructive, personalized feedback.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and progress reports.
• Conduct interactive activities, role plays, group discussions, and mock interviews.
• Motivate and mentor students to build confidence and professional communication skills.
• Collaborate with the academic team to achieve learning and employability outcomes.
