Responsibilities

• Defines the internal and external communication strategy supporting Business needs and objectives.
• Drives and monitors the external communication plan: prepares, manages, and validates external communication tools (brochures, videos, PR, trade shows, digital content) in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Delivers the internal communication plan, by developing content, tools, and events designed to maximize employee engagement.
• Acts as a communication advisor to the entity head.
• Contributes to transversal communication projects.
• Manages external vendors and agencies partners.
• May manage a team.
• Delivers parts of the entity's internal and external communication plan, with some guidance.
