Job summary

Noduco is seeking a Communications Architect (Hands On) to design, operate, and enhance global enterprise voice systems, ensuring call quality and uptime across platforms. This full-time role demands hands-on work with SBCs, policy servers, and voice gateways, collaborating with DevOps, Cloud, Network, and Security teams.

You will participate in on-call rotation, resolve high-severity incidents, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of the voice environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in voice engineering or telecom infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with SBCs and policy servers; Ribbon experience required.
• Strong SIP stack knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain voice infrastructure, including SBCs, policy servers, and voice gateways.
• Troubleshoot SIP signaling and call flow issues across global platforms.

What You Will Do

• Support and maintain voice infrastructure, including SBCs, policy servers, and voice gateways.

• Work closely with DevOps, Cloud, Network, and Security teams for reliable and secure service delivery.

• Experience supporting 24x7 operations, on-call support, and incident management
• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and security best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities for working with distributed teams
