Job summary

Schindler in India is seeking an on-site engineer to install and Commission elevators and escalators in Haryana, ensuring projects meet agreed timelines and uphold Schindler quality standards. You will coordinate with the account executive, logistics, engineering, and service teams to achieve total customer satisfaction on each handover.

The role requires 4 to 15 years of experience in the elevator industry and a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics engineering.

Responsibilities

• Completes the installation and commissioning of elevators and escalators within agreed cost and time frame by scheduling prioritizing.
• Supervises subcontractor workers for timely completion of the project.
• Coordinates with the Account Executive/Manager, Logistics team for material, engineering team for troubleshooting and Service team for smooth handover to ensure total customer satisfaction.

• Completes the installation and commissioning within agreed cost and time frame by scheduling prioritizing.
• Provides supervision to the sub contractors workers for timely completion of the project.

Ensures high customer satisfaction (> norm). - Co-ordinates with the Account Executive / Manager, Logistics team for material, engineering team for troubleshooting and Service team for smooth handover to ensure total customer satisfaction.
