Position: Virtual Commissioning Engineer - RF Suite

Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunications, Instrumentation and Controls, Mechatronic, or equivalent.

Location: Pune

Requirements:

Candidate must have experience in:

• Virtual commissioning experience in digital twin development for Automotive industries, including engine assembly lines, battery assembly lines, ASRS systems, and BIW lines using EKS RF::Suite.
• Specializing in virtual commissioning (VC) for automotive manufacturing systems/assembly lines using RF::Suite (RF::YAMS, RF::RobSim, RF::ViPer, RF::HMI, etc.). Support for testing PLC logic and robot programs in a digital twin environment to ensure seamless integration. Validating automation processes, robot simulations, and production sequences to ensure compliance with OEM-specific guidelines. Collaborating with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and system integrators to optimize production line efficiency.
• Supporting Industry 4.0 initiatives by ensuring early detection of errors, reducing commissioning time, and improving production reliability.
• Implementing virtual commissioning solutions as per OEM standards.

Nice to have:

• Experience with virtual simulation with leading OEMs including Tata Motors, Mahindra, BYD, Tesla, BMW, Volkswagen, or Mercedes-Benz.
• Experience in PLC and Robot programming.
• Knowledge of industrial standards followed in automotive industries.
• Knowledge of PLC hardware, programming, and troubleshooting.
