Job summary

Addverb Technologies in INDIA seeks a role focused on end-to-end product validation, installation, documentation, and cross-functional site support. The position emphasizes rigorous testing, site readiness, and collaborative handoffs to After Sales teams.

Responsibilities include completing functional tests per specifications, configuring product elements per R&D guidance, documenting results, and supporting on-site installation with safety compliance and issue logging.

Responsibilities

• Perform the complete functional test as per product functional document.
• Check BOM, Wiring & I/O of product(s) as per Electrical drawing while product testing.
• Configure individual elements of the product, using standard configuration provided by the R&D team.
• Test product as per the check sheet.
• Adhere safety standards and company processes while product testing.
• Understand product installation and commissioning plan assigned by the reporting manager.
• Validate that product at site is ready for installation and commissioning.
• Installation and commissioning of products as per the function specification document (FSD).
• Be the part of cross functional team (software, IT, project) at site to smoothly execute integral activities
• Ensure installation and commissioning as per schedule.
• Share daily progress report of the site activities to the reporting manager and project site in charge.
• Log the site issues
• Ensure the closing of open issues with the help reporting manager/project site incharge if required
• Adhere safety standards and Addverb/customer processes while product installation and commissioning.
• Prepare and maintain repository of test reports, check sheet for every product as per process.
• Maintain repository of final documents, software backups etc. after testing as per process
• Prepare the learning document of every project and share that with the respective stakeholders
• Be the part of internal handover process to After Sales team
• Support After Sales team to resolve issues (new observation, complex issues specific to the product) if required
