I’m currently looking for a Commis 1 & 2 to join the kitchen team as we continue to rebuild and structure our operations.

This role is suited for someone with a solid foundation who is ready to take the next step in a disciplined, growth-focused environment.

The ideal candidate should:

• Be confident with basic kitchen operations and prep
• Understand the importance of consistency and hygiene
• Be willing to learn and adapt to structured systems

Exposure to European and Middle Eastern cuisine is preferred.

Knowledge of Asian and Mediterranean cuisines will be an added advantage.
