Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting or business analysis.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong market research, data analysis, and report writing skills.
• Proven experience with business development, client follow up, and meeting coordination.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end email correspondence and outreach to prospective clients, partners, and vendors.
• Follow up systematically with companies and leads to keep deals moving.
• Coordinate and help close business meetings, including scheduling and pre-meeting prep.
• Track action items, deadlines, and commitments across three portfolio companies.
• Maintain CRM and trackers for leads, follow ups, and deal pipelines.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis across sectors.
• Prepare briefing notes and presentations to support leadership decisions.
• Provide general operational and administrative support to the founder.

You will manage end to end email correspondence and client follow ups, coordinate and help close business meetings, and act as the central point of contact across three portfolio companies. Alongside this, you will conduct market research, study industry reports, analyse data, and prepare briefing notes and recommendations that directly inform business decisions. This role suits a candidate from a management consulting, business analysis, or strategy background who is equally comfortable with hands‑on execution: drafting emails, following up on leads, and closing meetings, as they are with structured research and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end to end email correspondence and outreach to prospective clients, partners, and vendors
• Follow up systematically with companies and leads to keep deals and conversations moving
• Coordinate and help close business meetings, including scheduling and pre meeting preparation
• Track action items, deadlines, and commitments across three portfolio companies

Required Skills and Experience

• 2 to 4 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or a similar client‑facing analytical role
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills; non‑negotiable for this client‑facing role
• Strong market research, data analysis, and report writing skills
• Proven experience with business development, client follow up, and meeting coordination
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders and companies simultaneously
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
• High degree of discretion and professionalism, given direct exposure to leadership and confidential information
