CREDITWISE CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Collections Manager for an on-site role in Jajpur. You will oversee the end-to-end collections process for assigned portfolios, lead collections teams, and set daily/weekly targets, while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates will have proven collections experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and a customer-focused yet firm approach.

• Proven experience in collections, credit control, or recovery operations within financial services, NBFCs, or banking.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to interpret portfolio performance data and recommend actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated team leadership capabilities, including supervising field or tele-collection staff, coaching for performance, and managing targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with a customer-focused yet firm approach to collections.
• Solid understanding of lending processes, regulatory and compliance requirements, and industry best practices related to collections.
• Ability to work on-site in Jajpur, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in documentation and MIS reporting.
• Comfort with using collection tools, CRM systems, and standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, reporting tools).
• Prior experience handling retail loan portfolios, SME loans, or consumer finance products is preferred.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to ethical and non-discriminatory practices in all collection activities.

Role Description

The Collections Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jajpur, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end collections process for assigned portfolios. This role includes managing collection teams, setting daily and weekly targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
