Job summary

Credit Saison India is seeking a results-driven Regional Collections Lead to drive a multi-channel collections strategy across in-house, outbound, and agency networks. You will ensure monthly recovery targets are met and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and NPAs.

The role requires experience in unsecured lending, strong communication skills, and a valid DRA certification. Graduation in any discipline is acceptable; familiarity with digital product collections is

Qualifications

• Prior experience in collections with a digital orientation and strong communication skills.
• Experience handling unsecured products (Digital Personal Loan) is highly preferred.
• Graduation in any discipline.
• Certified Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) certification required.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
• Experience in handling unsecured Loans.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage the assigned regional collections team (in-house, outbound, and agency).
• Implement collection strategies to achieve monthly bucket-wise resolution and recovery targets.
• Identify and empanel collection agencies to ensure optimal coverage.
• Conduct field visits to high-risk customers to drive account resolution.
• Manage NPA levels and control the overall cost of collections for the region.
• Collaborate with legal and central collections teams to maximize recoveries.
• Drive collections for charges and late payment penalties.
• Present regional performance updates regularly to senior management.
• Ensure strict adherence to collection processes, legal guidelines, and code of conduct.
