Job summary

SkillLabs is seeking a diligent Collections Specialist to manage the assigned area in Karnataka. You will monitor delinquency, drive resolution, and ensure NPAs stay within budget while achieving collection targets across resolution, flow, credit costs and roll rates.

You will increase fee income, develop initiatives to control vendor payouts, conduct asset verifications and possession under SARFESI/Section 9 through court receivers, track DPD buckets, focus on nonstarters, and ensure customer

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
