Job summary

SkillLabs is seeking a collections professional for the Saharsa region to drive area-wise collections, monitor bucket and DPD delinquency, and minimize NPAs. You will implement controls to protect budgets, push revenue through fee income opportunities, and oversee asset verifications under SARFESI/Section 9 with court receivers.

The role requires proactive resolution of customer issues within agreed TAT and collaboration with teams to reduce vendor payouts.

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
