SupportFinity™ is seeking a collections leader in Delhi to manage a team handling Bkt collection and recovery on Loss on Sale in Auto Loan portfolios. You will focus on non-starters, asset deployment, and delinquent customer outreach while ensuring compliance and timely deposition of money.

The role requires driving collection efficiency, cost management, and maintaining a healthy loan portfolio through aggressive follow-up and legal actions when needed.

• Managing a Team of Collection Associate.
• Ensuring adequate manpower for portfolio coverage meeting CAPE norms.
• Ensuring Mobile App usage is 100% and quality feedback/trails are updated.
• Specific focus on Non starters and revenue collection.
• Identifying deployment of assets and meeting with delinquent customers.
• Initiating legal actions for critical cases.
• Ensuring repossession of asset is done in compliance with standard operating process No delay in deposition of money.
