• Managing daily and weekly targets to facilitate monthly targets.
• Ensuring adherence to processes, compliance, and audit-related activities.
• Ensuring repossession of assets is done in compliance with the standard operating process.
• No delay in deposition.
• Negotiating and restructuring loan repayments.
• Preparing reports for daily activities.
• Responsible for collection efficiency on a timely manner.
• Responsible for effective cost management.
• Understanding and managing a healthy portfolio.
