• Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature driven methods will be an added advantage.
• Experience in identifying and executing test strategies, test plans and functional test cases.
• Experience in preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions.
• Capability to work with customers and cross-location teams to establish and maintain consistent deliveries.
• Ability to work closely in a team environment.
• Willing to work primarily in Functional Support and in Change Requests.
• Willing to work in different shifts (day shift, afternoon shift).
