Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects.
Provide production on-call support.
Support change control and production deployments.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Work with application teams and stakeholders.
Analyze business problems ensuring technical solutions meet requirements.
Support weekend/on-call activities when required.
Help improve application stability and resolve recurring issues.
