Responsibilities

• Participate in testing activities, including test planning, data and scripts.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects.
• Provide timely support for break-fix/production issues.
• Support change control and production deployments.
• Follow coding standards, technical specifications, and project guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Work closely with application teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Analyze business problems and ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.
• Support weekend/on-call activities when required.
• Help improve application stability and resolve recurring issues.
