Job summary

Axis My India Ltd is seeking a seasoned trainer to coach and supervise field surveyors across India. You will mentor teams, deliver training programs, and ensure high data quality for various research projects. Strong communication in Hindi and English is essential.

Role requires minimum graduate education with certifications, willingness to travel, and ability to work weekends if needed. Based in Mumbai with on-site responsibilities and field supervision duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching and supervising field surveyors.
• Ability to train and mentor staff per company policies.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Willingness to travel across India and work weekends as needed.
• Hindi and English fluency required.
• Minimum graduate with certifications from reputed institute.

Responsibilities

• Absorb project ideas and impart knowledge.
• Identify training needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Train surveyors to conduct door-to-door interviews.
• Monitor daily team performance and report to head office.
• Provide coaching to employees using instructional techniques.
• Build coaching/training programs monthly, quarterly, annually.
• Document data for audit and future reference.
• Prepare reports on coaching programs.
• Provide on-ground supervision and logistical support.
• Work with Head Office as field observer when required.
• Flexibility to work weekends if project demands.
• Speak Hindi and English.
• Travel across India.
• Experience training blue-collar workers.
