• Identificationoftrainingneedsandexpertiseintimelyprojectdeliveryaspercompanytargetsandexpectations.


• Trainsurveyorstoconductdoor-to-doorinterviewseffectively,trainsurveyorsthroughdemosurveysanddoor-to-doorinterviewsonfield.


• Monitordailyteamperformanceandsharefeedbackwithheadoffice.


• Shouldbeabletounderstandindividualtrainingrequirementsandthendelivercoachingtoemployeesaccordinglyusingvariousinstructionaltechnique


• Buildmonthly,quarterly,andannualcoaching/trainingprogram.


• Documentallessentialdataforauditandfuturereference.


• Prepareandpresentreportsoncoaching/trainingprograms.


• Workwiththeteamasafieldobserver/researcherifneededtoprovideon-groundsupervisionandlogisticalsupport.


• WorkascoachforHeadOfficewhenrequired.
