Job summary

SPAARK Agro is hiring a welder to join its fabrication team in Maharashtra. The role involves CO2/MIG welding for agricultural machinery components and tractor parts, reading basic drawings, and ensuring weld quality and dimensional accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of welding experience, an ITI Welder/Fitter background, and readiness to work in a production environment. Baramati region is preferred for applicants.

Qualifications

• ITI Welder / Fitter preferred.
• 1-3 years experience in CO2/MIG welding.
• Experience in fabrication or agricultural machinery manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CO2/MIG welding for fabrication and assembly of agricultural machinery and tractor components.
• Read basic fabrication drawings and understand dimensions.
• Perform welding on MS sheets, pipes, angles, channels and fabricated structures.
• Ensure proper weld strength, finish and dimensional accuracy.
• Carry out grinding, fitting and finishing work when required.

• Maintain welding machine, tools and workplace.
