Role Overview:

As the Cofounder & CTO, you will lead our technology strategy and development efforts. You will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our service, from web and app development, to infrastructure and security. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company and help other startups succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the technology strategy aligned with our business goals.
• Oversee all aspects of web and app development, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers and designers.
• Collaborate with the Cofounder & CSO and other team members to align technical efforts with business development and client acquisition strategies.
• Implement best practices for software development, security, and quality assurance.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
• Support client projects by providing technical expertise and guidance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in web and app development, with a robust portfolio of projects.
• Expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, etc.
• Experience with cloud services and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup e .
