Emgage is seeking a CTO cum Co-founder to lead technology vision, strategy, and execution for a fintech product. You will drive product development, oversee the technical team, and ensure secure, compliant launches while collaborating with the CEO and other founders.

You will shape the tech roadmap, stay ahead of emerging trends, and build a high-performing team to scale the platform and accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or in a similar leadership role within a Fintech or tech startup environment.
• Strong technical background with expertise in software development, system architecture, and emerging technologies.
• Experience in building and scaling technology teams, with a track record of successful product launches.
• Deep understanding of financial services, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity.

Role Overview

As the CTO cum Co-founder, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for leading the technology vision, strategy, and execution. You will work closely with the CEO and other co-founders to drive product development, oversee the technical team, and ensure the successful launch and growth of our Fintech product. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Vision and Strategy

• Define and implement the technology roadmap in alignment with the companys vision and goals.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our product remains competitive and innovative.

Product Development

• Lead the development and delivery of the Fintech product, ensuring it meets market needs and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch new features and improvements.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring best practices in software development and system architecture.

Infrastructure and Security

• Oversee the design and maintenance of a scalable and secure technology infrastructure.
• Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive financial data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
