Job summary

Ashavad Industries Private Limited is seeking a production technician to operate assigned machines, follow the production plan, and work under supervision. The role requires the ability to read stage drawings and inspection plans to support quality and process discipline.

You will perform inspections as per plan, record observations, and report any quality, maintenance, or tools issues to the supervisor. Attending training and complying with HSE requirements are essential.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma with 0–4 years in machine shop.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.

Responsibilities

• Work on machine, stage assigned by supervisor.
• Follow production plan and schedules as explained by supervisor.
• Ensure compliance to ISO 9000, API Q1, QMS requirements.
• Study stage drawings, inspection plans and discuss with supervisor or Work Manager.
• Perform inspection as required by inspection plan study stage drawings, inspection plans, and final drawings.
• Record observations in inspection forms.
• Report any quality, maintenance, tools issues to supervisor.
• Attend training programs.
• Discuss challenges, concerns with works manager.
• Ensure HSE compliance in production activities.
