Role Description

The CNC Machine Operator role at FineTech Toolings is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The CNC Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce tooling components according to technical drawings and specifications. Typical tasks include loading and unloading materials, adjusting machine settings, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring safe operation. The role involves measuring and inspecting finished parts, identifying defects, and collaborating with the production and quality teams to meet daily output and quality targets. The CNC Machine Operator will also maintain accurate production records and follow all safety and workplace procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate CNC machinery and related equipment, with strong skills in Machine Operation and general Machinery handling.
• Hands-on experience in Machining processes, including Milling and other precision machining techniques.
• Knowledge of Quality Control practices, including using measurement tools and interpreting tolerances.
• Familiarity with reading technical drawings, blueprints, or engineering specifications.
• Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Attention to detail, steady hand-eye coordination, and commitment to safety standards.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or tooling environment is preferred.
• Relevant technical qualification or vocational training in mechanical, manufacturing, or related fields is an advantage.
