Job summary

K R INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS PVT LTD is seeking a skilled CAD/CNC operator for on-site fabrication work in Jamshedpur, India. The role involves reading fabrication drawings, creating DXF/CAD files for CNC cutting, and optimizing material use through plate nesting.

The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and CNC nesting/CAM software, with experience in ProNest, SigmaNEST, FastCAM, or similar tools preferred. Steel fabrication and plasma/oxy-fuel cutting exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and CNC nesting/CAM software.
• Experience with ProNest, SigmaNEST, FastCAM, Lantek or similar preferred.
• Experience in steel fabrication & CNC Plasma/Oxy-Fuel cutting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read & understand fabrication/engineering drawings.
• Prepare child parts from fabrication drawings.
• Create accurate DXF/CAD files for CNC cutting.
• Perform plate nesting to maximize material utilization.
