Job summary

Packings Jointings Gaskets is seeking a Machine Shop Process Engineer in Tamil Nadu to lead process development for CNC turning, VMC milling, and related manufacturing workflows. The role requires hands-on expertise in mechanical production environments and strong data-driven improvement skills.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of machine-shop process engineering experience, including CNC machining, tooling, fixture development, and process validation to drive productivity and cost reductions.

Qualifications

Education

Experience

Machine Experience

• Hands-on experience with CNC Turning, VMC, and HMC machines.
• Experience with applicable machine controllers, multi-axis machining, or in-process probing is preferred, where relevant to the plant.
