Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a CMO Content Specialist to join our team at Yeswanthpura in Bangalore, Karnataka. The role focuses on developing high-quality eLearning content, designing curricula, and ensuring alignment with SOPs and QA standards.

You will manage multiple projects, integrate multimedia elements into LMS workflows, and collaborate with investigators, study coordinators, and sponsors to publish course materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant clinical research business and administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality eLearning content, including instructional materials, assessments, multimedia elements, and interactive exercises, tailored to meet learning objectives.
• Curriculum Design: Outline course structures, learning paths, and engaging learning activities aligned with goals and client requirements.
• Study-specific e-Content Development: Prepare appropriate eLearning materials for Site staff training and study teams.
• e-Content Delivery: Create/author and publish eLearning courses and site/sponsor-facing materials.
• Quality Assurance: Review materials for accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• LMS Integration: Coordinate with technical teams to integrate courses into LMS.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects with deadlines and milestones.
• Evaluation and Improvement: Gather feedback and improve content and branding.

Work Schedule Monday - Friday – 9:00am-6:00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality eLearning content, including instructional materials, assessments, multimedia elements, and interactive exercises, tailored to meet specific learning objectives
• Curriculum Design: Outline course structures, learning paths, and engaging learning activities that align with instructional goals and client requirements
• Study Specific e-Content Development: Provide project specific training to investigators, study coordinators, and sponsors including but not limited to: Prepare appropriate eLearning materials for Site staff training.
• e-Content Delivery: Able to effectively create/author and complete publication steps for eLearning courses, and site and sponsor facing e-Content materials.
• Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions: Effective and timely adherence to management communications, meetings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Document all service failures, resolve, and elevate to management when appropriate resolution is incomplete.
• Quality Assurance: Review and test course materials to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and adherence to established standards and guidelines
• Quality Review: QC materials created by other eLearning creators to ensure quality, accuracy, consistency with department standards.
• Multimedia Integration: Integrate various multimedia elements, such as videos, audio, animations, and graphics, to enhance learner engagement and comprehension
• Adaptation of Content: Adapt existing classroom-based materials or content into interactive and effective eLearning modules, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal user experiences
• LMS Integration: Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of eLearning courses into Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and milestones effectively.
• Evaluation and Improvement: Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of the eLearning content, design & branding materials and make necessary improvements for continuous enhancement

Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact Demonstrated computer skills – requires excellent MS Office experience (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook)
