Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking an experienced site supervisor to manage electrical installation teams at client sites in Pune, Maharashtra. You will ensure works are completed on time and technically correct according to drawings and specifications, while coordinating with contractors and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising teams, ensuring materials and tools are ready, monitoring productivity, and maintaining record drawings.

• Manage and supervise a team / teams of electrical staff undertaking installation at site.
• Ensure that all information is available to undertake the works.
• Ensure materials are available to undertake the works.
• Ensure all materials are installed without damage and protected once installed.
• Arrange the required tools and equipment for the site staff.
• Control of the quality of the installation in accordance with the project quality assurance plan.
• Ensure that the works are carried out in a safe manner in accordance with the project safety plan.
• Co-ordinate with the main contractor and other sub-contractors at site.
• Monitor the productivity of the site staff in accordance with the targets set.
• Instruct the tradesmen on the works required and method of execution.
• Ensure that the works are tested in accordance with the inspection and test plan and the tests witnessed by the engineer.
• Maintain records of the changes to the working drawings to enable the record drawings to be produced.
• Provide training, guidance and motivation to the site staff.
