Job summary

Sobha Projects Trade is seeking an on-site supervisor to manage electricians and plumbers, ensuring tasks are executed safely and on schedule. The role involves close collaboration with project teams, adherence to blueprints and local safety laws, and timely reporting of progress information.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, or related trade, with 3–5 years of hands-on supervision experience in construction or facility maintenance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, or related trade field.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in construction or facility maintenance supervision.
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, pipe systems, and blueprint reading.
• Good leadership, clear communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise onsite electricians and plumbers; assign tasks and manage performance.
• Inspect installations to ensure compliance with blueprints, drawings, and local safety laws.
• Coordinate with project managers, builders, and other contractors to keep work on schedule.
• Diagnose and fix complex electrical or plumbing system failures on site.
• Track materials, manage equipment, and write daily progress reports.
